The Standard Mental Health First Aid Course provides adults with the tools, awareness, and confidence to identify when someone — whether a friend, colleague, family member, or member of the community — may be experiencing a mental health concern or crisis. The training helps participants understand what they’re seeing, respond with empathy, and offer appropriate support until professional help is available or the situation improves.

The Older Persons Mental Health First Aid Course provides adults with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to recognise when an older adult — such as a parent, relative, friend, or community member aged 65 and over — may be experiencing a mental health issue or crisis. The training enables participants to understand the unique challenges faced by older adults and respond with care, support, and guidance until appropriate professional help is available.
