'Just A Thought' With Leah V

Normalising conversations in mental health and wellbeing.

For a year, I hosted 'Just A Thought' a radio show dedicated to honest, unfiltered conversations about mental health, community, and what it means to be human. Each episode featured real stories, expert guests, and practical insights designed to break stigma and spark change.

Broadcast weekly, the show gave me a platform to explore complex issues through a human lens  and connect with listeners who were craving something real. It’s one of the ways I’ve used my voice to advocate, educate, and keep mental health on the airwaves where it belongs.
