Meet your facilitator

Hi! I’m Leah Veenhuizen – Registered Nurse, MHFA Facilitator, and a huge believer in normalising conversations in mental health.

With over 15 years in healthcare, I’ve supported people in every stage of life. I bring calm, realness, and zero judgement to every course. You’ll learn the skills I wish *everyone* had. Practical tools that help you support others when it matters most.

Let’s do it together!

“Leah, thank you so much. I am so grateful for the last two days and can say it is a life-changing course. Your professionalism and the way you educate was inspiring, motivating, and a breeze to sit and listen to.”

— Victoria, MHFA Participant
